We take care of our community

Our culture and community mean everything to us—and you are at the heart of it! We work closely with farmers in Guinea and other producers across Africa to inspire you to create authentic, delicious African dishes, while reinvesting in our home country.

Tchelal, the Fula word for “health,” reflects our commitment to well-being. We are your one-stop shop for nutritious African ingredients and products—without ever compromising on taste or quality.

We’re on a mission to inspire healthy and memorable moments at the dinner table. For our family, dinner is the perfect time to connect over wholesome, flavorful meals. At Tchelal, health and culture go hand in hand, which is why we are passionate about helping others make mindful, nourishing choices—starting with our favorite, fonio!

Female founded 🇬🇳

We are proud to be a women-led organization in Canada, dedicated to sharing West African ingredients, products, and cuisines with our local community.

Equally important to us is our commitment to supporting entrepreneurship in Guinea, helping women and families thrive and succeed.
